LICS is 37 years old today!

Alhamdulillah - Thirty seven years ago in Brother Abdool Alli’s home an amazing, unique Society was formed by a small group of Muslims.

The aim and objectives to provide a place for our community especially our children.

Alhamdu lillah our journey has been amazing, filled with happiness, sadness and many many obstacles.

Obstacles didnot deter our dynamic, dedicated leader and his staunch, supportive team. Visions became reality.

From a house to school halls to our Wightman Road. Many joined us, some left but through trials and tribulations Allah swt guided us to where we are.

We pray and beg Allah to watch over us and our Masjid, protect us from evil eyes and grant us the ability to progress with our religion forever in our hearts. Ameen
